How to cook Quinoa : ( 1 cup : 3 to 4 servings )
👉 Soak Quinoa for 15min in cool water
👉 Rinse your Quinoa under running water to remove its protective coating called saponin.
👉 Combined rinsed Quinoa and water ( use 1:1 ratio ) in rice cooker. Set to white rice setting and cook.
👉 When the cooking cycle is complete, let it steam for 5 to 10 min. Fluff with a fork before serving.
